Thankyou so much for all the love on my last post.. I thought people might think I was weird but you were all lovely so thank you!
So today I have for you some swatches of the stunning Pearl Jammin by China Glaze. This is from the 2016 Rebel collection.
I really do adore China Glaze, they have such a wide range of colours and finishes and there is something for everyone.
As you’ll know, I have to own any polish that is baby blue/powder blue/pastel blue/light blue…(you get the jist!!)… so I was very excited when I first saw swatches of Pearl Jammin.
In the bottle, Pearl Jammin is a silvery blue duochrome with a peachy pink shift. So pretty!
On the nail, this polish is STUNNING! I literally felt like I was wearing a sunset on my nails. Wow!
Formula-wise it’s very thin and runny. I flooded my cuticles quite a bit during application – oooops!
I also got quite a few bubbles but I think that was because I didn’t wait long enough between coats. I used 3 coats as it’s quite sheer.
But I don’t care about any of that because this polish is so beautiful. So all is forgiven.
I love how this polish is so different and stunning but at the same time, it’s subtle and therefore entirely office appropriate.
I couldn’t leave this polish alone and just had to see what it looked like with stamping over it. I decided to stamp this lovely swirly pattern (the plate was CICI&SISI, can’t remember which one, sorry!) using Models Own Chrome Gold.
I mattified it using my Barry M matte topcoat and I think the final result looks so dreamy and pretty.
