Hi everyone!
When Suzie from Prism Polish contacted me to ask if I wanted to swatch some of her new collection, I was absolutely thrilled.
I adore indie polish and I really applaud small businesses, so I am delighted to have this opportunity.
The latest collection from Prism Polish is named Turn it up to 11, which is inspired by the rockumentary This is Spinal Tap.
There are 6 polishes in total and I have swatches of 5 of them for you.
I will start off by saying that all 5 of these polishes had amazing formulas which went on like butter. I applied 2 coats for each one and all my swatches are without topcoat.

Prism Polish Turn it up to 11 collection L-R My solos are my trademark, None more black, Have a good time. All the time,Too much perspective & These go to 11
First up I am showing you Too much perspective which is a deep teal base that has a turquoise/purple/blue magnetic shift and a scattering of holo.

Too much perspective
Sadly, I was unsuccessful in getting the magnetic effect to work, but this is probably just down to my inexperience and I have never actually tried a magnetic polish before!

Too much perspective
However, this polish is still absolutely beautiful without being magnetised, and I really loved wearing it, especially with all this good weather we have been having, the sunshine really made the scattered holo pop!

Next up is These go to 11 which is a shimmering micro flakie topper which has a stunning pink, gold and green shift.

These go to 11
Wow this polish is amazing. It is designed as a topper, but I absolutely love it on its own. It looks so elegant and subtle, but at the same time it sparkles like mad! What a beauty.
I can totally see this one as a bridal mani, its so ethereal and delicate.

I also tried this polish over some other colours and you can really see how versatile it is as a topper.

These go to 11 (swatched over black, white and royal blue)
As you can see, it changes completely depending on what base colour is use. Over black you can really see the pink/orange tones, and over white it looks a lot more icy, you can see hints of pastel pink and blue.

The third polish I am showing you is Have a good time. All the time. This is described as a neon purple with red shimmer and green flakies.
This polish is something else! It is so unique and bright. I love it.

Have a good time. All the time.
Have a good time. All the time. is one of those rare polishes that looks lit from within. It literally glows on the nail and there is a perfect distribution of flakies. I didn’t have to fish for them at all!

Next up is My solos are my trademark.
One word. Holo.

My solos are my trademark
I have never been that fussed about holo polishes as they are often not all they are cracked up to be.
But this? It is amazing. Described by Suzie as a super holo with a shift of purple, blue, pink and flashes of green, it really is a true holo which looks stunning on the nail.

As you can see from my pictures, the holo rainbow shows up at all angles and looks incredible!

The final polish I am showing you is None more black.
This is a black crelly (OMG!), filled with beautiful rainbow flakies and a scattered holo.

None more black
I think this is my favourite polish in the collection. Again, this is a very unique shade and looks so eye-catching on the nail.

None more black
As with Have a good time. All the time. the flakie payoff in this one is brilliant and applies evenly to the nail. The effect is just gorgeous. The rainbow coloured flakies show up really well against the black base.

I think this collection is amazing. Suzie has really nailed it with the variety of finishes and the quality of the polishes are oustanding!
I have been wearing Too much perspective for a few days now and my nails have grown so much and they feel so strong! Maybe Suzie pops a sprinkle of magic in each bottle too, who knows?
