Hi everyone!
Happy Monday!
Today I have for you some beautiful new polishes for summer from the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri range!

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri range
What’s fab about these polishes is that they dry super fast and can be one coaters if you apply them carefully.
All of these polishes have very similar formulas which are very thin (I assume this is the key to the ‘Insta-Dri’ formula), so when applying you need to make sure your brush is not over loaded with polish, otherwise you’ll end up with flooded cuticles!
The only one which is slightly on the thicker side was Petal to the metal, which would be expected as it’s a shimmer polish.
The packaging on these polishes is lovely, I really like the fact that the lids are the same colour as the polish which is really helpful if you store your polishes upright like I do!
These polishes all have the flat Sally Hansen brush which makes for easy application. I used 2 coats for my swatches and no topcoat.
To start off my swatches I’m showing you Peachy Breeze.
This is a very bright, hot pink creme which borders on neon! So shiny as you can see!

Peachy Breeze
Next up is Peach Buzz (how cute is the name?). This is a peach creme with a pretty gold shimmer. Great for summer!
The shimmer was hard to capture on camera but it was there!

Peach Buzz
Next up is Petal to the metal which is a lilac toned pink metallic shimmer. It’s gorgeous and my favourite of this collection.
This glitzy one coater applies so easily and dries in a flash, which is great if you are in a rush!

Petal to the metal
Next up in my swatches is the appropriately named Just in wine. This is a vampy creme which reminds me of red grapes!
This isn’t a shade I would normally associate with Summer but I can see it being a nice transition shade when we start to move towards Autumn.

Just in wine
The fifth polish in this collection is Va-Va Violet which is a bright violet creme. This one took me by surprise, I really loved wearing it!

Last up is Mauve it. This is a blush pink (it looks more salmon in my photo) creme with a slight silver shimmer which again was not picked up by the camera very well. This is a flattering neutral shade that will look lovely with everything!

Mauve it
Overall this is a lovely collection of staple cremes which will work well over the Summer and Autumn seasons.
I did find the formulas a bit tricky as they are so thin, but I dealt with this by having very little polish on the brush when applying.
What’s also great about this collection is that all the colours work really well together in nail art. I have created a few looks to share with you.
The first design I did using the smoosh/dry marble technique. I used Peachy Breeze, Petal to the metal, Peach Buzz and Va-Va Violet.
The second nail art look I created was this gradient using Peachy Breeze and Va-Va Violet. I stamped some cute funfair images over the top. If you look closely at the ferris wheel seats you’ll see they are coloured with Petal to the metal.
Last up is a Disney mani! Some of the colours in this collection made me think of sunsets and safari so I was inspired to create a Lion King design.
I created a gradient on my ring finger with Peach Buzz and Mauve it. They blend really well together as you can see. I also used Just in Wine and Mauve it for the rest of the mani.
I hope you like these designs! There’s so many possibilities for nail art with this collection.
You can purchase Insta-Dri polishes from Boots UK for £4.99 each!
Thanks for stopping by!
