Hi everyone
Happy New Year! I have some exciting new Gelly nail paints from Barry M to show you today!

These fresh new spring shades are just so pretty and it’s been lovely wearing them after all the Christmas colours of the last few weeks.
The Gelly nail paints are known for their gel like finish and high shine and these 4 new colours are true to this trusted finish!
I expected the formula on these to be chalky as they are such pale pastels, but I’m pleased to say that they aren’t!
As with most pastels, the formula on these is a little tricky to work with, I found that the best method was to apply 3 thin coats and let each coat dry properly before applying the next. The finished result is just lovely!
So into the swatches which show 3 coats plus the Barry M Green Origin topcoat. (BTW Pastels always give me lobster hands so sorry about that!)
First up we have iced latte which is a yellow toned nude. I absolutely love this shade and I know I’ll be wearing it loads.

Next is the aptly named Lavender which is a beautiful barely there pale purple. So very perfect for Spring!
Lavender does remind me of Barry M Prickly Pear, but it’s a few shades lighter and so not a dupe.

The third new shade is Berry Sorbet. This is a beautiful baby blue which obviously I really like!
It’s almost dupe for Barry M Huckleberry which is another absolute favourite of mine. Berry Sorbet is just ever so slightly more paler than Huckleberry, but it’s pretty close in colour and probably looks identical from a distance.

The last swatch I’m showing you is Candy Floss which is a perfect baby pink creme which is a little on the dusky side of pink. So pretty and girlie!
Candy Floss is reminiscent of Barry M Rose Hip but its a lot more purple toned, so not a dupe.

Overall I’m thrilled with these new releases , they are so fresh and clean looking and will be perfect to wear in the Spring!
You can pick up these Gelly nail paints in Superdrug and on the Barry M website now, for £3.99 each!
Thanks for stopping by!
