Vintage Nail Art

*I bought this*

Hi everyone

It’s Friday! Summer seems to have made a bit of a return this last couple of days, let’s see if it lasts into the weekend.

Anyway, onto nails! So I originally meant to swatch Party Dress by Indie brand Freckles Polish – but I forgot to take pictures before I stamped over it….oooops! So here’s a bottle shot….

Freckles Polish Party Dress

Party dress is a lovely, muted dusky pink holo and is part of The Birthday Party Collection. And….it’s a one coater!

Honestly, this polish just glides onto the nail and I had NO clean up (even on Cindy!).

It really is a lovely subtle holo, I had a really hard time getting a good picture.
Party Dress feels quite vintage to me- I think it’s the duskiness of the colour. So I wanted something nice and warm feeling to go along with it.

I had a root through my stash and came across Hanover Square by Nails inc which came free with Glamour magazine aaaaages ago. I feel like this rich burgandy looks lovely with Party Dress.

As you’ll see on my pointer, Party Dress is good for stamping aswell! I stamped using a plate from Born Pretty Store and sealed it all in with Glisten & Glow HK Girl topcoat.

Freckles Polishes can be purchased online here.
