MoYou London recently sent me some lovely stamping polishes to try.
One of them is a lovely pastel yellow called Banana Ice. I decided to use it in a Brazil themed mani in honour of the start of the Olympics.
I was inspired by the colours of the Brazillian flag which gave me the perfect opportunity to try out Banana Ice.
I started out with 2 coats of OPI I’m Sooo Swamped. I got this as a gift in a mini set of the New Orleans collection. I thought I would hate this vibrant grass green but I absolutely loved it on!
On my pinky I used essence electriiiic which is a lovely royal blue. I think this combo represents the colours of the Brazil flag quite nicely.Once this base was dry I stamped on this lovely starburst/flower pattern from my MoYou London Pro XL 23. I used Banana Ice to stamp over I’m Sooo Swamped and I think it’s a really pretty combo! I was really impressed with the quality of Banana Ice, it’s perfectly opaque and stamps beautifully.
I had no problems with the polish picking up, and as you can see it transfers really nicely onto the nail.Overall I am really impressed with Banana Ice and I’m glad to have discovered a yellow that can stamp so well.
Head over to the MoYou London website to see their amazing range of stamping polishes.
Do you enjoy the Olympics? I think it’s a wonderful way for our broken world to come together and it’s a shame it only lasts for 2 weeks!
Thanks for stopping by!
